About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth and performance marketing initiatives, driving customer acquisition and retention for our hospitality brand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies and scalable acquisition funnels.
- Plan, launch, optimise and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat and Reddit.
- Increase user acquisition while reducing CAC and improve LTV and retention.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
