Digital Marketing Lead – Lagos

About the role

Worknigeria is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to own the full digital customer journey, from website engagement and lead generation to conversion and acquisition. You will drive demand‑generation campaigns, optimise the online experience and integrate marketing technology to boost ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise websites, landing pages, forms and chat experiences to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular SEO, UX, CRO and performance audits and work with developers to implement improvements.
• Design and execute multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email and retargeting.
• Build automated lead‑nurturing, segmentation, scoring and qualification workflows using CRM and marketing‑automation platforms.
• Manage and optimise CRM, MarTech, analytics and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and accurate attribution.
• Track and analyse key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, acquisition cost) and produce performance dashboards for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of improving website conversion, lead quality and marketing ROI.
• Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing; experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or related sectors is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, project‑management and communication skills.
