Digital Marketing Instructor – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

TechEdu is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Instructor to join its Benin City campus. You will deliver practical, results‑driven training, mentor students, and keep the curriculum aligned with the latest digital marketing trends.

Key responsibilities

• Teach practical digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.
• Guide students in using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, email marketing services and analytics dashboards.
• Design and deliver project‑based learning, including campaign creation, funnel building, content strategy and ad optimisation.
• Train students on performance tracking, A/B testing and ROI‑driven decision making.
• Mentor students on audience targeting, campaign strategy and data interpretation, while tracking progress and providing feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching, mentoring or actively running digital marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for talent development.
