Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

TeleDoc Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimise its online presence, drive user acquisition and support growth of doctors and patients across its digital health platform. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Lagos, working closely with product, operations and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing strategies, campaigns and social media activities to increase engagement and conversions.
• Create web, landing page and campaign content that aligns with brand and product objectives.
• Monitor web analytics, track performance metrics and produce regular insight reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with product and operations teams to support doctor and patient growth initiatives.
• Ensure consistent, compliant messaging across all digital channels and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong marketing expertise covering campaign planning, brand positioning and performance‑based marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination and presentations.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content planning and community management.
• Ability to write web copy, blog posts and in‑app content for a digital‑health audience.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Relevant experience in technology, healthcare or startup environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
