About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer who can inspire trainees to learn, develop, and grow in the digital marketing space. The selected candidate will conduct practical training classes, improve training standards, and create effective training materials and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct practical training classes on Digital Marketing.
• Provide support to students to increase success stories.
• Improve the standard of training and develop adequate training materials.
• Manage training calendars and student assessments, providing relevant feedback.
• Assist students and alumni in interview preparation, placements, and practical execution of digital marketing projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of immersive, experiential, and action‑based learning and instructional design.
• Passion for student development and commitment to a positive customer experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, empathy, and a can‑do attitude.
