Digital Marketer – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to drive online visibility and direct bookings for our hospitality portfolio in Lagos. You will create and execute digital campaigns that support our business goals while enhancing guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and run online campaigns promoting apartment bookings, seasonal offers, discounts, and special packages.
• Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on third‑party platforms.
• Manage and optimise apartment listings on OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and images.
• Monitor listing performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and conversion.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, loyalty programmes, and guest engagement.
• Maintain customer databases, segment audiences, and track campaign performance to improve engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• BSc in Estate Management or a related Social Science discipline.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
