Digital Marketer – Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketer will own the development and execution of customer acquisition strategies for the portfolio companies of Permanent Capital Ventures. Working closely with founders and management teams, you will translate product and market insights into actionable growth plans across digital and direct channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies for portfolio companies.
• Design and run campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Conduct direct outreach, partnership development, community activation and event‑based acquisition activities.
• Refine positioning, messaging, landing pages, sales funnels and customer journeys.
• Monitor leads, conversions, CAC and other metrics to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, developers and external agencies while retaining ownership of growth strategy.
• Represent portfolio companies in videos, events and direct client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Degree in a related field.
• Commercial curiosity and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging with founders and senior executives.
• Professional presentation both online and offline.

• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn advertising.
• Google Ads / Google marketing platforms.
• WhatsApp and email marketing tools.
• CRM systems and lead‑generation analytics.
• Paid advertising, content marketing and conversion funnel optimisation.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 350,000 and NGN 400,000.
