Digital Commerce & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Commerce & Growth Manager to lead our online brand presence and drive sales across multiple channels. Based in Lagos, you will own the e‑commerce platform, digital campaigns and growth initiatives for a premium retail and fashion portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee social media channels and create engaging content strategies.
• Manage the e‑commerce website (product listings, merchandising, promotions, launches) and optimise conversion rates.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Run email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing flows.
• Set up and administer marketplace accounts and monitor performance.
• Track website traffic, sales, advertising ROI and customer acquisition metrics.
• Develop and execute digital launch campaigns and overall growth strategies.
• Collaborate with creatives, photographers, videographers and designers to maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer‑facing or online brands.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated measurable results from previous digital growth campaigns.
