DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & On‑Premise Infrastructure

About the role

Morph Innovations is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to strengthen its telecommunications infrastructure. You will design, deploy, and maintain high‑availability Kubernetes environments in air‑gapped, on‑premise data centers, ensuring reliable application delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters using RKE2 and Rancher with a focus on scalability and security.
• Automate deployment and release pipelines in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Maintain and optimise air‑gapped, on‑premise environments, addressing network and security constraints.
• Create and maintain scripts for automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
• Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Proven ability to work in on‑premise, air‑gapped environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
