Development Officer – Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are seeking a technically astute and highly driven Development Officer to oversee the execution of our landmark real estate projects. The role serves as the technical anchor for our development portfolio, bridging high‑level vision and on‑site construction reality.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Oversight: Ensure construction aligns strictly with approved architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
• Process Management: Monitor on‑site civil construction progress against timelines and enforce quality control.
• Consultant & Contractor Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison with general contractors, architects, and engineering consultants.
• Design & Blueprint Review: Identify structural efficiencies, cost‑saving opportunities, and execution risks in technical drawings.
• Reporting: Translate complex site developments into clear, actionable progress reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in building technology or civil engineering.
• Ability to review structural blueprints and assess on‑site construction processes.
• Detail‑oriented with high attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying and mitigating technical risks.

Required skills
