Derma Advisor – In‑store Skin Consultant

About the role

The Derma Advisor will represent a leading dermo‑cosmetics brand in a high‑traffic store located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. You will provide expert skin consultations, recommend suitable products, and support merchandising to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Start each day reviewing priorities, sales targets, stock levels, planograms and active promotions.
• Engage shoppers during high‑traffic periods, perform skin diagnostics with specialised equipment, build personalised skincare routines and close sales.
• Log interactions, restock shelves and support merchandising (up to 10% of routine) during low‑traffic periods.
• Safeguard diagnostic equipment, report inventory shortages, review daily sales achievement and complete end‑of‑day admin tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent, preferably with a scientific background.
• Experience or education in pharmaceuticals, beauty, skincare or related fields; a background in cosmetics/dermo‑cosmetics is advantageous.
