Deputy Regional Director – Lagos State

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Deputy Regional Director to lead sales and distribution activities in Lagos State. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will help shape strategy, manage key accounts and drive revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead and support the regional sales team, ensuring performance goals are achieved.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and threats.
• Monitor and report sales performance to the Regional Director.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and other functions to coordinate sales and distribution activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
