Deposit Mobilizer – Banking Business Development

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Deposit Mobilizers to develop and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients, mobilize deposits and achieve growth targets while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Mobilize deposits and achieve assigned business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross‑sell the bank’s products and services.
• Conduct regular market visits and client engagements.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely loan repayments where applicable.
• Prepare and submit periodic business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in wealth management, relationship management, account management, or business development within a micro‑finance or commercial bank.
• Strong deposit mobilization and customer acquisition abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets.
• Professional certifications in banking or finance are an advantage.
