Delivery Driver – Transportation & Warehousing

About the role

The National Electronic Labour Exchange is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to handle the distribution of items across Lekki, Ikate, Victoria Island and Ikoyi. The role involves coordinating with the call centre, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with the call centre to deliver a wide variety of items to designated addresses in Lekki, Ikate, parts of Victoria Island and Ikoyi.
• Collect customer feedback and complaints for resolution.
• Complete logs and reports for each delivery.
• Follow established routes and time schedules.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle safely.
• Collaborate with the procurement unit to assist in moving goods from the market to the company.

Required profile

• Minimum OND Certificate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.
• Valid professional driver’s licence.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
