Cybersecurity Instructor – Hands‑on Training Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Instructor to deliver practical, hands‑on training in ethical hacking and cybersecurity. You will work with students to develop real‑world skills, while supporting the company’s IT and security infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom and lab sessions on cybersecurity concepts and ethical hacking techniques.
• Create and manage hands‑on labs, exercises, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Mentor and guide learners, providing feedback and technical support.
• Demonstrate the use of security tools and methodologies during training.
• Assist with internal cybersecurity projects, infrastructure setup, and configuration tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging threats, tools, and best practices in the security field.

Required profile

• Minimum a university degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in cybersecurity or ethical hacking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to teach complex technical concepts.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
