Customer Success Executive

About the role

As a Customer Success Executive at Moove, you will ensure driver satisfaction and success by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing issues. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions, provide product insights, and help grow driver accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of drivers as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor driver repayment performance, trip activity, and account health daily.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, low activity, and compliance issues.
• Build and maintain relationships to improve driver retention and engagement.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal departments.
• Respond to driver inquiries via Freshdesk, live chat, and phone.
• Meet service level agreements for response and resolution times.
• Ensure drivers comply with company rules, regulations, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management or customer support.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Freshdesk or similar support tools.
