Customer Success Associate

About the role

Mimmi Kasu, one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in Africa, is hiring an experienced Customer Success Associate in Lekki. The associate handles phone, email and chat enquiries, helps customers with product and order status questions and acts as a point of contact for resolving queries. The role involves getting to know the product line and becoming an expert advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and troubleshoot problems until they are resolved
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
• Advise customers on products and orders via phone, email and chat

Required profile

• Call center or customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to take part in pre-hire and on-the-job training
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer

Required skills

• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic manner
• Confidence with phone inquiries and great communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
