We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gear Autos Limited in Lagos. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in‑person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Promote a positive company image through courteous service.
Required profile
- HND in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (fresh graduates can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, patience, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
