Customer Service Representative – Agbara Branch

About the role

Clinix Healthcare is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative for its Agbara Branch. The role focuses on delivering an excellent patient experience, handling enquiries across multiple channels, and supporting smooth front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors courteously and manage front‑desk activities.
• Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and via digital channels about services, appointments, test results, and payments.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Provide clear information on tests, packages, procedures, and available services.
• Receive, manage, and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
• Completed NYSC is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple patients efficiently.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with reception/front‑desk systems.
