Customer Service & Remote Work Skills Trainer (Contract)

About the role

Kerberos Technologies Limited is creating a pool of qualified resource persons for its Digital Employability and Enterprise Skills Training Programme. The role involves designing and delivering practical training on customer service, remote‑work tools, and virtual‑assistant workflows to help participants become workplace‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver interactive training sessions covering customer service principles, remote‑work tools, and virtual‑assistant processes.
• Use role‑play, case studies and simulations to develop trainees’ handling of enquiries, complaints and service escalations.
• Guide participants to produce real‑world outputs such as email responses, meeting notes, client trackers and service scripts.
• Assess trainee performance through scenario‑based assignments and communication exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and report on trainee readiness for customer support or virtual‑assistant positions.

Required profile

• HND/Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, Office Administration, HR, ICT or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in customer service, administrative support, virtual assistance, call centre, front‑desk or remote operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to teach professional etiquette.
• Practical knowledge of email, calendars, meeting tools, shared documents and task‑management platforms.
• Prior experience in training, coaching or supervising teams is an advantage.
