About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction in our hospitality operations based in Port Harcourt.

Key responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Provide solutions and ensure guest satisfaction.
Support front desk and other hospitality teams.
Maintain records of customer interactions.

Required profile

Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
1‑2 years of customer service experience in hospitality.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Friendly and patient demeanor.
