About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our retail team in Lagos. The role involves greeting shoppers, answering product questions, and helping them find the right items while maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and respond to product queries with tailored recommendations.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing incoming merchandise.
- Perform regular stock checks and keep display shelves, stands, and sales floor well‑stocked and tidy.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing checkout area and shop floor throughout operating hours.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service role.
- Completed NYSC programme.
