Creative Lead

About the role

The Creative Lead will shape and drive the creative vision for all media projects at JV Management Consulting Limited, ensuring every output aligns with the brand and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the creative strategy, concept development and storytelling for digital, video and multimedia content.
• Oversee script writing, storyboarding and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Provide creative direction throughout pre‑production, production and post‑production, collaborating with producers and project managers.
• Mentor and inspire designers, writers, videographers, editors and freelance creatives, conducting reviews and delivering constructive feedback.
• Maintain exceptional creative standards, approve final deliverables and continuously improve processes.
• Track and report on KPIs such as creative quality, client satisfaction, audience engagement and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Creative Arts, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a Creative Director, Creative Lead or similar leadership role within a media or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, storytelling and multimedia production.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of content strategy, digital media and visual storytelling.
