Country Public Relations

About the role

The role is responsible for managing public relations with the host country's government and political parties, interpreting policies, and supporting the implementation of ToG projects. It aims to build a strong business and investment environment and create a government‑business ecosystem for the company's development.

Key responsibilities

• Sort out the decision‑making chain of country governments and political parties, manage public relations operations, and achieve breakthroughs at ministerial level and above.
• Interpret country policies, mine government business clues and resources.
• Assist the AR Project Director in planning ToG projects and promoting their implementation and delivery.
• Build the country’s business and investment environment and create a sound government‑business ecosystem for ToG business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Public Administration, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.
• Solid experience in government affairs and public relations in the host country; prior government sales experience and access to ministerial‑level resources are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in business communication and commercial affairs capabilities.
• Abundant local resources and a good understanding of the operation mode of government authorities in the host country.
