Corporate Social Media & Digital Business Development Manager

About the role

Northbridge Investment and Trust Limited is looking for a dynamic professional to lead its corporate social media presence and drive digital business development. You will create compelling content, manage advertising campaigns and generate qualified leads across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms.
• Create corporate, promotional and business‑development content including graphics, videos, reels, captions and articles.
• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Generate and nurture business leads through digital channels and grow the professional audience.
• Monitor social media performance, analytics and campaign results, providing regular reports.
• Research business, investment and industry trends to inform content strategy.
• Support corporate announcements, projects, events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (minimum 2 years).
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Portfolio with verifiable track record of previous work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Digital analytics and performance reporting.
• Graphic design and video‑editing tools.
