About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to serve as the principal legal adviser to our management team, ensuring compliance and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the principal legal adviser to management.
- Ensure the Group's operations comply with applicable laws.
- Manage legal risks, contracts, litigation, employment matters, regulatory compliance, debt recovery, and corporate governance.
Required profile
- Excellent analytical ability.
- Sound judgment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide practical legal solutions that support business growth.
