Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager will lead the Group's corporate financing function, raising funds from development finance institutions, banks and capital markets while managing liquidity and cash flow across all entities. The role also provides financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making and ensures overall financial discipline and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute funding and capital‑markets strategies, evaluating debt and equity options and leading refinancing initiatives.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity for all entities, preparing projections and coordinating with financial controllers.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks such as interest‑rate, FX and liquidity risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.
• Lead relationships with lenders, DFIs and investors, negotiating terms, tracking covenants and reporting performance.
• Oversee credit‑line reporting and monitor financial covenants, proactively addressing potential breaches.
• Lead and coach a team of Corporate Finance Associates and analysts, coordinating with Treasury, Finance and Legal functions.

Required profile

• HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification ACA, ACCA or CFA (or in final stages of completion).
• 7‑10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury or capital markets, including DFI covenant tracking and team management.
