Contract Life & Wellness Coach (Hausa Speaking) – Remote

About the role

Spring Health is expanding its global coaching network and seeks experienced life and wellness coaches who speak Hausa. The role is fully remote, allowing you to support members across multiple African countries via video or phone sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured, evidence‑based life and wellness coaching sessions to adult clients.
• Help clients set and achieve goals related to stress, relationships, career, health, and personal development.
• Maintain a safe, non‑judgmental environment that encourages self‑discovery and sustainable change.
• Document session outcomes and track client progress in accordance with Spring Health’s standards.

Required profile

• Active credential with the International Coaching Federation (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or the National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC‑HWC).
• Fluent in Hausa and able to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience providing tele‑coaching or virtual counseling services.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contract provider.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conference and phone communication tools.
