Content & Communications Associate

About the role

A leading global venture law firm supporting startups, scale-ups and investors is looking for a Content and Communications Associate for its Lagos team, working in a hybrid mode. You will own and execute a content strategy that reflects the firm's brand, values and expertise, and deliver communications across multiple channels in line with its style guidelines, reporting to partners on strategy and execution. A background in law is a bonus; proven experience in content strategy and multi-channel communications is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign management: own the firm's campaigns end-to-end, from research and proposals to delivery, coordinating with external stakeholders as needed.
• Content strategy and execution: drive a unified content plan that meets business goals and adapts to market needs.
• Communications and presentations: manage communications and presentations across digital and traditional channels to support marketing and business development.
• Collaboration: work with internal teams, legal experts and external agencies to turn complex legal ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Content creation: lead articles, blogs, case studies and other content, and manage an editorial calendar.
• Digital marketing: partner with the digital team to optimise content on the website, platforms and social media, using analytics and SEO.
• Stay informed on legal and market trends to support brand growth, and share news and industry intelligence with the TLP team.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
• Desirable: legal acumen or experience in the legal or professional services sector, and ability to localise content while keeping a consistent global brand voice.
