Computer Operator & Graphic Designer

About the role

Hephzibah Edutech is looking for a skilled, reliable, and organized Computer Operator with graphic design experience to run its business centre and digital services. You will handle daily document processing, online registrations, design projects, and customer service with integrity and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Process, type, format, print, scan and photocopy documents, letters, CVs and reports.
• Create flyers, banners, business cards, social media graphics and other promotional materials.
• Assist customers with portal registrations, exam form submissions (JAMB, WAEC, NECO) and internet‑related tasks.
• Manage daily centre operations, maintain equipment and keep accurate sales and expense records.
• Provide friendly, prompt and professional service to walk‑in clients.

Required profile

• SSCE, OND, HND or BSc in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Fast and accurate typing speed.
• Strong financial integrity, honesty and communication skills.
• Residence near the Ogere/Sagamu axis is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
• Basic troubleshooting of printers, scanners and network issues.
