Completions Engineer – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking a Completions Engineer to lead end‑to‑end completion and work‑over operations for our oil and gas assets in Warri, Delta. The role involves overseeing slickline, wireline, sand‑control, ESP/GLV installations, perforations, zonal isolation and clean‑up activities to ensure safe and efficient well delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Validate completion designs, including packers, SSDs, ICDs, tubing movement calculations, setting depths, torque/drag and well barrier envelopes.
• Lead redress and pressure testing of completion assemblies, verifying drift, tally and torque‑turn data.
• Supervise perforating, acidizing, frac‑packs or pump‑downs, conduct inflow testing and hand over wells to production.
• Coordinate with wireline, coil, well‑test and production teams for clean‑up and flow‑back operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in completions and work‑over operations.
• IWCF Level 4 certification (Well Services/Completions).
• BOSIET/HUET and H₂S safety training.
