Community Growth Lead – Nigeria

About the role

We are seeking a Community Growth Lead to drive the launch of our health‑technology platform across Nigeria. Based in Lagos or Abuja, you will design and run the Community Health Champions programme, forge pharmacy partnerships and lead outreach events in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise 10‑20 Community Health Champions in target cities.
• Secure partnerships with pharmacies to display OneCare QR codes and referral materials.
• Plan and execute health‑focused outreach sessions at community gatherings, churches, mosques and local events.
• Monitor sign‑up metrics and champion performance using referral codes.
• Coordinate onboarding of clinics and healthcare providers onto the platform.
• Provide on‑the‑ground feedback on user experience, connectivity issues and local user needs.
• Adapt messaging and materials for the Nigerian market.

Required profile

• Based in Lagos or Abuja, Nigeria.
• Strong network within local health, pharmacy or community organisations.
• Experience in community outreach, public‑health campaigns or grassroots marketing.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of Pidgin or local languages is a plus.
• Self‑starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using a smartphone to demonstrate mobile/web applications.
