About the role
Innovotio is seeking a proactive Community Growth Executive to build and manage online communities for a fintech client, driving engagement and converting activity into business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and manage communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn and at events.
- Drive member engagement, retention, referrals and ambassador programmes.
- Generate leads, support programme enrolments and strategic partnerships.
- Support webinars, events and studio activities while tracking growth and lead metrics.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in community management.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
- Proactive, data‑driven and execution‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience using Canva.
- Experience using CapCut.
