Commercial and CX Graduate Associate (Fluent French Speaker)

About the role

This is a full‑time graduate program with S&P Global Energy, starting with a five‑week onboarding in London followed by placement in Abuja, Nigeria. Graduates will rotate through Customer Success, Sales, Channel Management and Marketing, gaining a holistic view of the commercial side of the energy‑commodity business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional solutions.
• Provide product training and support through virtual and onsite sessions.
• Support the EMEA Customer Success team to build foundational knowledge of commodity markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and help generate revenue.
• Participate in rotations across sales, channel management and marketing functions.

Required profile

• Recent undergraduate or graduate with a strong academic record.
• Passion for energy and commodities markets.
• Excellent problem‑solving, learning agility and networking abilities.
• Fluent French speaker.
• Interest in leveraging Generative AI technologies for innovative solutions.
