Coiled Tubing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Coiled Tubing (CT) Supervisor to lead safe and efficient CT operations at well sites. The role involves directing CT crews, ensuring compliance with programmes and HSE standards, and delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all coiled tubing activities on‑site, including rig‑up, pressure testing, operation and rig‑down.
• Lead CT crews, allocate personnel and equipment, and conduct pre‑job meetings, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor CT parameters, well conditions and pressure‑control equipment, and ensure accurate daily reporting and record keeping.
• Identify operational risks, implement control measures and investigate incidents, near‑misses and equipment failures.
• Collaborate with the Wellsite Supervisor, client representatives, engineers and other service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in coiled tubing or well‑intervention operations, with proven supervisory experience.
• Valid IWCF/IADC Well Control certification (or equivalent) and relevant HSE certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, PTW systems, JSA/JHA, toolbox talks and incident reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, in demanding field environments and on rotational schedules.
