About the role
Join Kenex Konsults International as a Coffee Barista in Abuja, delivering high‑quality coffee and friendly service to our café customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, teas, smoothies and other menu beverages.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, milk frothers and maintain equipment cleanliness.
- Take orders, process payments and recommend blends based on customer preferences.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks and minimise waste.
- Support opening and closing procedures and uphold food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE or relevant hospitality training.
- At least two years of barista or similar café experience.
- Strong customer service, communication and cash‑handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple orders and maintain attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Operating espresso machines, coffee grinders and milk‑frothing equipment.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods and beverage presentation.
