COBC & Compliance Senior Auditor

About the role

The COBC & Compliance Senior Auditor will support the Senior COBC & Compliance Manager in fostering a culture of compliance across Coca‑Cola HBC Nigeria. The role involves monitoring adherence to the Code of Business Conduct, anti‑bribery policies and other corporate standards, while conducting investigations and audits to detect and prevent misconduct.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of COBC matters at various levels, documenting findings in the case management tool.
• Lead anti‑bribery and other compliance audits, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, HR and Finance to evaluate policies, develop training and support new compliance initiatives.
• Prepare analysis, reports and communications for senior management and the Joint Task Force.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal audit teams and communicate identified fraud risks promptly.
• Assist in developing and delivering compliance training and awareness programs across the country.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investigations, compliance or internal audit functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CFE, ACCA, ICAN or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage complex fraud and misconduct investigations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and initiative‑driven mindset.
