Clinical Specialist / Training & Education Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Specialist/Training & Education Coordinator will drive clinical adoption and product education for ODE's dental portfolio. Working closely with dentists, specialists, hygienists and practice teams, you will ensure seamless onboarding, workflow integration and long‑term success of ODE solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver clinical training programmes, workshops, webinars and continuing‑education sessions for dental professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, hands‑on training and develop supporting materials such as guides, presentations and clinical resources.
• Lead customer onboarding, monitor product utilisation and provide post‑training follow‑up to reinforce learning.
• Offer chairside support during implementation, advise on workflow integration and respond to clinical enquiries with evidence‑based recommendations.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to present clinical evidence, support sales visits and represent ODE at conferences and exhibitions.
• Escalate technical or product issues to suppliers and assist with troubleshooting during adoption.

Required profile

• Qualified dental professional (dentist, specialist or hygienist) with strong clinical credibility.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring and simplifying complex concepts for clinicians.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to groups and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborative mindset, able to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
