City Growth Manager

About the role

The Growth Lead will own the design and execution of scalable growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships, and revenue optimisation for MAX’s mobility and fintech platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with revenue and expansion goals.
• Drive lead generation across offline activations, referrals, partnerships and other acquisition channels.
• Identify new growth opportunities across customer segments, products and markets.
• Build scalable acquisition and retention frameworks and optimise onboarding funnels.
• Own growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention and conversion, creating dashboards and reporting.
• Manage strategic partnerships and support launch into new cities or verticals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, marketing and finance to align initiatives.
• Provide training and foster a culture of experimentation within the team.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years experience in growth, strategy, marketing, commercial operations or business development, preferably in startups, mobility, fintech or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of scaling products, customer acquisition or revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field; MBA or certifications a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau or Power BI.
