About the role

Seismic Consulting Group is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead its transition into AI‑first, cloud‑native, data‑driven digital solutions. Based in Abuja, the CTO will shape technology strategy, build a world‑class engineering organization, and deliver secure, scalable products for public‑sector and private‑sector clients across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a technology vision aligned with business growth and product innovation.
• Lead the design and deployment of AI‑enabled tools, cloud‑native architectures, and platform‑based products.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through commercialization, ensuring scalability, security, and revenue generation.
• Establish engineering best practices, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Build and mentor high‑performing technology teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate relevant advances into Seismic’s offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technology leader or founder in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
• Strong operational discipline and track record of delivering complex digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide cross‑functional teams.
