About the role
The Chief of Staff will partner with senior leadership to drive execution of strategic priorities, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure effective governance across the organization. This senior position requires a proactive leader who can manage complex schedules, stakeholder relationships, and executive communications.
Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of strategic priorities and key initiatives.
- Coordinate across multiple teams, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Manage executive priorities, schedules, briefings, and complex engagements.
- Support governance, board processes, reporting, and accountability.
- Oversee executive communications and key written material.
- Track projects, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide leadership and structure to the executive support team.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of senior professional experience.
- Proven ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience with governance, boards, or institutional leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management and diplomacy skills.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and internationally.
