About the role
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations of Rely Supply Ltd, a healthcare company based in Lagos. The role will oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance activities while driving business development and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions, budgets, forecasts, management accounts and financial dashboards.
- Ensure 100% timely statutory and regulatory filings and oversee audit processes.
- Source and convert business leads, consulting opportunities, grants and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor staff KPIs, weekly goals and monthly performance, and improve financial processes.
Required profile
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance or Economics (ICAN, ACCA or ANAN preferred).
- 3‑5 years hands‑on experience in accounting, finance or compliance, with proven supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated success in grant, donor or business development activities.
