Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the IT and telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that increase revenue, profitability and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Lead client acquisition, relationship management, proposals, tenders, negotiations and contract execution.
• Build strategic relationships with government agencies, enterprise clients, technology partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Manage commercial, sales and business development teams, set KPIs and drive performance.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, commercial reporting, pricing, budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform product and business strategies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention and long‑term commercial relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in SaaS, technology, enterprise, public sector or utilities/power.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, government contracting, tendering and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.

• Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
