Check-In/Check-Out Officer

About the role

As a Vehicle Operations Check‑In/Check‑Out Officer at MAX, you will ensure smooth vehicle check‑in and check‑out processes, keep accurate movement records and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain records of all vehicle movements into and out of the premises.
• Record vehicle condition prior to check‑in and conduct pre‑check‑in inspections.
• Use the MAX ONE movement software to check vehicles in and out.
• Update vehicle inactivity data in MAX ONE.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to log vehicles for service and generate clear maintenance data.

Required profile

• OND (or equivalent) in Business, Operations, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and friendly demeanor.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Effective written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Proficiency with the MAX ONE movement software.
