Chartered Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead our finance function, preparing financial statements, budgets and management reports while overseeing accounts payable and receivable. The role ensures compliance with tax regulations and supports internal and external audits across our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial reporting standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor cost control and profitability across logistics operations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ICAN or ACCA chartered certification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
