Category Finance Manager – West Africa

About the role

Join Mondeléz International as a Category Finance Manager for the West Africa beverage and biscuit portfolio. You will act as the strategic finance business partner to the Category and Marketing leadership, owning the full P&L and providing insight that drives brand investment and pricing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the category, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
• Prepare business cases, investment proposals and cost initiatives, delivering actionable insight to senior leaders.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to evaluate brand spend, pricing strategy and promotional ROI.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects, improve controls and ensure compliance with Mondeléz policies.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer‑goods dynamics in West Africa.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
