About the role
The Cards Fulfillment Officer will manage the end‑to‑end card fulfilment process, ensuring timely production, personalization, and delivery of debit and credit cards to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end card fulfilment process from request to customer delivery.
- Coordinate card personalization with processors and personalization bureaus.
- Ensure timely printing, packaging, and dispatch of debit and credit cards.
- Maintain accurate records of card inventory and packaging materials.
- Monitor stock levels, initiate reorders, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Liaise with card vendors, personalization bureaus, and courier partners to track deliveries.
- Resolve fulfilment issues such as delayed or lost cards.
- Monitor service level agreements for card production and delivery, and produce reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure card handling complies with PCI DSS and internal security policies.
