Call Center & Sales Support Supervisor

About the role

The Call Center & Sales Support Supervisor will lead an outbound call team to generate leads, activate customers and drive conversions for Bluewave New Energy Technology. You will also oversee inbound after‑sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build, train and manage an outbound call team, designing scripts and daily plans to meet sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as call volume, connection rate, conversion rate and revenue contribution.
• Supervise inbound and outbound service calls related to installation, maintenance and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track lead‑to‑order processes and coordinate with marketing, field technicians and finance.
• Recruit, evaluate and motivate agents, conduct regular performance reviews and foster a results‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a call centre or outbound sales team, preferably in renewable energy or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership, analytical and organizational abilities with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Yoruba, Hausa or Igbo is a plus.
