Business Strategist

About the role

The Business Strategist will lead the design and execution of new revenue streams for our entertainment, events and sport portfolio. You will own the commercial case, build unit economics and drive strategic initiatives from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and stress‑test business models for owned event IP, venue management, technical production, content rights, sponsorship and ticketing products.
• Develop pricing, packaging and commercial structures, including revenue‑share, joint‑venture and licensing arrangements.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives: scope definition, planning, resourcing, milestone tracking and post‑initiative review.
• Partner with Business Development to shape high‑value deals, build pricing models and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build and maintain financial models, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, and define commercial KPIs for each initiative.
• Support annual planning, budgeting and investment decisions with clear ROI and risk framing.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months (4 years) of experience in business strategy, commercial design or financial modeling.
• Proven ability to develop unit economics, pricing strategies and commercial structures for new business lines.
• Experience managing cross‑functional strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
