We are a dynamic fashion brand seeking a Business Manager to lead daily operations in our Lekki office. The role focuses on coordinating team activities, driving efficiency and ensuring business targets are met.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Resolve operational issues and assist in decision‑making processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and present performance insights.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
